removing facial hair for a guy?

Hi im just a teenager right now and i used to shave a lot but lately i’ve stopped, because my facial hair has been getting pointy,coarse,sharp, and crunchy, i use this one machine (similar to an electric razor) so my hair wouldn’t grow back as rough, but it doesn’t give me a clean shave, then i bought this hair removing cream called surgi facial Hair Removal, and it burnt my face and didnt even get rid of the hair, (im guessing because its too rough) not that my facial hair is sorta long and smooth will it be safe if i use it now?

use a differnt cream, some of them arent suppose to be used for the face, thats why it burns. if your’re going to get another cream then read the directions if it says DO NOT USE ON FACE then DO NOT USE ON FACE. but dont get the ones that are speacialized to remove facial hair, those are usually too mild for any acual use.
