Hair Removal Ion

I dyed my hair blue-black, can I go back?
I dyed it with demi-permanent dye, so hopefully it will fade eventually.
Anyways, I dyed my hair blue-black to get the blackest black hair. I turned out exactly how I wanted it… except it looks terrible with my skin, lol.
I’m hoping that waiting it out it will eventually wash out since it’s demi. However, what can I do to make it fade faster? Obviously a harsh shampoo helps. Are there any color removal products (the brand I used was Ion Color Brilliance Demi Creme).
When it’s done fading, will my hair be back to its original color or bluish? (I’m a medium brown, like a 3 on the color scale)
Also, if I want to dye it another color, how would I do it? Since I’m not at the darkest color, a 1, would I need to bleach? How do you bleach hair?
You can do one of two things, to remove most of that dye.
1. By using Tide detergent with shampoo

or
2. By shampooing you hair mix with a bit of Dawn.

Before you buy another box of black dye, Google hair dyes & cancer.
