Affordable Hair Removal – Electrolysis vs Laser Hair Removal

Help!! Shaving problem….?

Okay, I can’t stand underarm hair at all! But no matter how often I shave, what shaving cream i use, or what kind of razor I use I cannot seem to get rid of the little black dots!! I even recently tried using Veet razorless Hair Removal and it worked great on my legs but, not my underarms! Anyone have any suggestions?
