Ingrown hairs … Help!?

I started using an epilator for legs and bikini line, I hate, because I still tend to shave my legs for several hours after scraping to do .. and I hate reoval creams are messy hair, and because I use it evey other day anyway .. waxing last week or two, and it is too expensive (more I have dark blond hair with a small increase is of poor quality) .. and I can not afford electric lazer definatley download / .. So I decided to Epilady I use every few days listing legs smooth to the touch … but my legs and bikini areas are covered in red bumps from ingrown hairs .. they look disgusting and I have to wear pants while hiding .. How can I prevent or get rid of it? I use a loofah in the shower every morning and put my bikini and legs a good scrub, and I also use the solution to ingrown hairs or spray my legs after waxing, but does not seem to work … What can I do?
