Hair Removal Sugaring

Hair Removal Mousse, or waxing/sugaring?

I recently got Veet Hair Removal mousse and I haven’t tried it out yet- I’m a bit wary because apparently it burns the hairs off and I don’t want my skin to become irritated or damaged. So I was wondering, what are the side effects of using it?

I was thinking of trying either waxing or sugaring as well, but leaning more towards sugaring because it doesn’t stick to the skin, only the hairs, which I suppose will be less painful. But I asked a doctor about it and he said the hairs actually grow back coarser/thicker? I can’t afford to have that happen otherwise my leg/arm hair will look even more visible when it grows back. Is what the doctor said actually true?

So- which method should I use?

Any time you remove hair (by shaving, waxing, gel, etc) it seems to come back thicker. I have very sensitive skin and have a really hard time shaving my armpits and bikini line without getting incredibly annoying razor burn. I have been using Veet for almost a year on these areas and love it. It removes the hair easily, quickly, and is pain free! The only side effect I have noticed is obviously leaving it on too long, which can cause almost a burning effect – yes, I did that once! In other words, keep an eye on the clock and you’ll be satisfied!
