How to get rid of stubborn Shadow on upper lip?

Hi everyone…i’ve a major problem. I’m an east indian living in united states and i been dealing with a major problem for several yrs. I’ve hair on my upper lip and use Hair Removal cream to get rid of hair. Recently i started threading my upper lip hair. With both methods i been successfully able to get rid of hair but a greenish shadow remains on my upper lip…like a 5 0′ clock shadow…the one men get after they shave their mustaches. I’ve tried everything here to get rid of it but its still very visible and i dont know what to do. Since here in USA there arent many ppl dealing with this problem…i decided to ask on yahoo india for answers since i can relate with east indians more….if anyone has any successful remedies pls let me know. All suggestions r welcome especially from ppl who have had success with any remedies. If anyone has any good ones pls let me as soon as possible. I tried everything from waxing, threading, hair removal creams but nothing works. PLS HELP ME!!!

I have the very same problem. I read in a beauty magazine that this greenish shadow appears for people with coarse facial hair. They suggested Laser Hair Removal.

I’ve been following the laser treatments for some months now, and it has certainly helped me shed a lot of of my sideburns and chin hair, and even much of my upperlip (I’m still undergoing treatments!). But, ripe pineapple, the greenish shadow still remains!

Perhaps it’ll go away with time………..
