Why do Black women have black spots from Hair Removal? Can they be avoided?

I have noticed that some black women have dark pigmentation in tiny spots on their shaved legs. What is the cause? Can I avoid getting them? I wax and use depilatories on special occasions. I DO NOT WANT THOSE SPOTS ALL OVER MY LEGS!!!!!! Please send only real advice.

People with dark or olive colored skin scar more readily than whites or asians.
To avoid the spots use a debilatory cream with aloe instead of a razor. If you must use a razor then coat your legs with aloe before shaving.
