Affordable Hair Removal – Electrolysis vs Laser Hair Removal

Should I leave my current job for another offer? I need other peoples opinions?

I am currently working for a temporary job pays 20.00 per hour and i also really like it there, it is planned to go until the end of the year. Well i am an esthetician (skin care license) and i received a call from a laser Hair Removal office, they pay 15.00 per hour and its permanent job. i told them i have a temporary job at the moment and they said keep them in mind…..i really dont know what to do my current job is great and pays better, but is temporary….should i stay here or try for this other job?? or just reapply for it again at the end of the year..i’m so confused ?? any advice?

Make a list of the pros and cons. Did you get the temp job thru an agency that gets a percentage of your $20/hr? Do you get health/dental insurance with this temp job? Does the permanent job offer insurance? What is the normal hourly wage for your type of job – closer to $20? Would the permanent job consider paying you more, or would you get a pay raise in, say 6 months or a year?

The insurance question is important. $15/hour with insurance is actually much better that $20/hour without insurance. I would consider this most when trying to make a decision.

And since it’s only March, will they really have a position waiting for you in 8-9 months?
