Permanent Hair Removal Moles

mole Removal help/facts?
Ok, need some help.
I have a big mole on my upper left cheek the size of about a pencil eraser (not a big eraser), and i need some help with knowing about removing it.
So, ive decided to go to a doctor to get it removed, because that way i don’t buy a product i might waste my money on because it didn’t work.
So if i do go to a doctor, what are the side effects? red spots? scars? And if so, are they permanent or just there for a week or so.
Please be honest and please answer if you have experienced this type of mole removal.
BTW, every week or so, small black hairs (1 or 2 little hairs) appear and they really bother me, because they are too little to pluck but they are pretty noticeable. So if the mole is removed, would the little hairs stop growing on the spot of my face. And one last note, my face is more sensitive then not, if that matters anyway.

A small scar that’s all. Yes it is permanent. The hairs will still grow.
The scar might heal wrong and look bad (like a keloid) but this is rare.
