Laser Hair Removal – permanent for PCOS sufferers?

Hi
I suffer from PCOS and like many other sufferers, very excessive hair growth on my face
I am only 23 and this problem is getting worse and worse – The hair is sooo coarse and dark that it cant be waxed or bleached so for the past 4 years I have had to resort to shaving every day … as you can imagine, this has knocked my confidence and is starting to really effect my life.
My GP referred me to a specialist who perscribed me Vagiqua cream – but this has not helped!
I am considering investing in Laser Hair Removal (Im not sure its available on th NHS??) as I have read that the results are permanent ….
Does any one else suffer the same thing and have you tried laser hair removal?
If so what has your experience been?

Helen seems to have electrolysis confused with laser hair removal. LHR is definitely the way to go. I’ve had it done all over my body, and life is good, never having to be concerned with unwanted hair ever again! Yes, I highly recommend LHR to everyone who is able.
