Who found something that works for permanent Hair Removal at home?

Does anyone have any success stories what works permanently remove unwanted hair? Creams or machines or something? My husband is returning home after an absence of 2 years and I'm tired of waxing unwanted hair, can anyone help? Also, I'm blonde with fair skin, blond hair Venice laser treatment not to work for me: (

I'm also blonde and fair skin. I heard that electrolysis works for blondes and it is permanent, and I plan to do when I'm old enough. This is not a home treatment successfully. For right now, I'll rub Nair for themselves than in the shower and follow the instructions, then take a shower and shave properly with a sharp razor. I never managed to do to remove home hair actually work, instead I still remain expensive sticky mess.
