Intimate Hair Removal Shaving

Shaving Body Hair For Men

To see the wonderful world of bodybuilding, fitness and physical culture long enough there will come one day you realize that all fit muscular dudes that grace the magazines, the competition stage and strut their stuff on the beach with sculpted 6 pack abs and ripped muscles glistening in the sunlight …

You notice that they all have one thing in common … They have no body hair … How can this be? They do not shave … do they?

Nah, not this boys … there is no way this massive mountain of muscle, you see the same bench press small cars as a warm-up set, would ever stoop to the level of bending over the edge of the bath with a can of shaving cream and razor in hand scraping the hairs on their legs like a little schoolgirl …!?!?

But the hard reality of bodybuilding is that they do!

Yes, my friend even the biggest and burliest of bodybuilders will pay their dues, with the razor in the hand, shedding unwanted body hair to the muscular physique that was cut from the blood, sweat and tears in the gym to reveal.

I can remember The first time I "shaved my legs." It was during the summer of 1995. I was 16 years old and plan to compete in my first bodybuilding contest in a few months. I was home alone, my parents were both working. So I actually had the house to myself, what better time to experiment with shaving my legs …

To cut a long story short …

4 worn out razors and 3 hours later I was sporting silky legs, along with several notches, cuts and scabs to boot. Then to show off those freshly shaved white pillar of power, I put on a pair of shorts … It is really frightening to see how white you are underneath all that hair.

In a strange sort of the reasons why I felt like this was an important milestone that I just overcame my bodybuilding journey … yes I do to this sport of ours is a little weird.

Anyway, later that afternoon, when my parents came home from work we had the usual routine chit chat:

Dad:

"Hey Lee, we're home … How was your day?"

Me:

"It was ok, I shaved my legs today. "

Dad:

"You did what!"

Me:

"I shaved my legs … you know … get ready for the bodybuilding competition."

Dad:

"You're kidding …?!?!"

Me:

"Yes, I really shave my legs all bodybuilders do … for a bodybuilding contest. "

Dad:

"How on earth did you do that?"

Me:

"With a razor shavers … really different."

Dad:

"Ahhhh, Lee … I gotta tell you something … Normal guys do not shave their legs … you just do not … It's … Well, it's not natural. "

Needless to say, I did not feel confident in myself right now and I certainly was not getting the approval of my old man. I think he was my masculinity at this stage questions and he had some doubts about the future of his boy …

But he eventually overcame his fears and worries about my "masculinity". And Now, more than a decade of bodybuilding competitions later, the idea of men shaving their legs is just another household chore … Like taking out the trash :-)

So for all my fellow brothers of iron which are ready for your game to the next level bodybuilding and … "You shave legs" This article is for you!

This is what I call the ABC of shaving body hair …

Believe me this is not something you learn from your father …

The bottom line is that Hair Removal is a pain for everyone. And depending on how hairy you are will determine how much of a nuisance to remove the hair will be.

In my case I am pretty happy because I did not have a very hairy back or chest, just the odd few hairs here and there, nothing big. And my legs are what I would consider average for a boy in terms of amount of hair I have more and more.

Now there are many hair removal methods and gimmicks on today's market, creams, electronic gizmos, and God knows what else. Personally I never really got into using one of their own. I've heard that one few horror stories over the years from people who have experimented with different things. And I can remember when I was still living at home with my mother tried a depilatory cream and she broke out in an ugly red rash that irritated her skin big time. So I just stuck to the basic old school method of hair removal – shaving.

If you've never shaved before and you have a lot of hair then I would suggest that you give yourself a pair of hair cutting clippers, the same that the barber will cut you a buzz. With only the trimmer themselves with a comb, carefully cut the hair of your legs, arms, chest, etc and then get someone to help you with your back and you can not reach areas.

A word of advice here, make sure you have enough time. Shaving much of it can not be rushed. It could easily be a couple of hours or more, especially if you have no idea what you you do.

Make it easier for yourself, I suggest that you just shave your legs with the clippers at first, then call it one day. The following days to come back and shave your upper body with the clippers.

After you've completed this clipper trimming, your body will be handled in small stubble. Rub your hand over your skin will feel like sandpaper. Not the sexiest thing, especially if you intend to be intimate with that special someone.

Anyway, the following days I would suggest you break out the razor, the same one you use to shave your face with. Re-schedule yourself a lot of time, get in the shower and soap up your legs. Using a brand new razor, shaving away … Make sure you are extra careful when shaving around the groin area (for obvious reasons) and take your time, not rush go, because this is what causes careless nicks and cuts.

If you shave the stubble off both legs before you run out of hot water in the shower consider this an important achievement, you're well on your way to bodybuilding success :-)

The next day, same for your upper body. Again give yourself time, foam soap, be careful and always use a brand new razor.

One thing you'll probably find one day or so after shaving is that you break out in a rash of small red razor bumps, especially in sensitive areas like the inner thigh. While this is very annoying, it will be less irritable if you get used to shaving and skin "dries up" the entire process. Keep in mind you are a virgin shave and you have to suffer through the infant stages, before you can go the point of a sports trust torn her free, muscle bid on the beach or the competitive stage.

After you've gone through the whole process of your body get rid of all the hair you can get your body to maintain it free of charge simply by shaving off the stubble once every 7-10 days in the shower. Again the easiest way to do this is to divide your body in half, shave your legs on one day, and then shave your upper body the next.

Well there you have it my friend. A step-by-step plan to deal a hairy Sasquatch, a smooth, handsome, hairless physique … Now if losing this dam beer belly was just as easy we made it …
